- Structure: Investors lease square-metre plots across our partner-managed CBD-hemp farms in Europe under a 5-year lease agreement.
- Investment Range: €10,000 – €50,000.
- Returns: Projected annual returns of 7.3% to 9.8%, depending on the investment level.
- Harvest Cycle: Two harvests per year, supporting steady income potential.
- Investment Horizon: 5-year term, with the option for the lease to be renewed at maturity.
- Buy-Back Option: BloomGrove will offer a buy-back of the lease at 10% above the original value.
- Asset Security: Each investment is supported by tangible agricultural land and crop assets.
Option 2: Exclusive CBD Trade Partnership (Short Term, Existing Investors Only)
- Structure: As international trade, we secure large volumes of CBD and place them directly into global markets.
- Investment Range: €10,000 – €100,000.
- Returns: Potential capital growth up to 20% per annum.
- Timeline: Short term – approximately 6 weeks from investment to ROI payment.
- Exclusivity: Only available to existing farm investors.
